JJC mechanical shaft automatic straightening

Model JJC mechanical shaft automatic straightening machine is newly designed specially for motorcycle industry on the basis of Model JE hydraulic one. Model JJC produced for the automobile industry for cam shafts, axle shafts, gear shafts ,motor rotor, piston rod and gear selector forks. With features of high precision, easy to use and cost-efficiency.

        All process including measuring, positioning, straightening and Go/No judgment could be done automatically, what is operator only do is to load/unload workpiece and press the button “ON”.

Configurations

（一）、Load Frame

The machine is C type load frame with pressure-head fixed. It is mechanically controlled with servo motor, toothed belt reinforced in ball screw. Smaller in size and lighter in weight.

（二）、Servo Controlling System

Thanks to the servo controlling system produced Belgium, the machine can rapidly finish straightening process with high accuracy.

（三）、Pneumatic Controlling System

The pneumatic controlling system is used to do the straightening action such as griping and positioning. And the position switch is as the feedback signal ,which is helpful to finish the process quickly.

（四）、Workpiece Radical Run-out Measuring System

This system includes mechanical lever amplifying servomechanism, high-accuracy angular displacement sensor, motor and measuring probe.

（五）、PLC

PLC is the key system. All straightening actions such as griping, measuring and correction could make under its control.  And experienced customer could program it according to their special request.

（六）、Computer System

Data acquisition and analysis, to make sure the straightening position and correction. User’s clearly and friendly interface through computer screen. Result could be printed out.
